Yes - do video of ladies over 50 with dark circles.

These models barely have dark circles. I have had deep genetic dark circles since I was a child. I would like to see a video of someone like me

I do too. I have yet to find anything that helps. My sister has them too. They say it’s hereditary. I hate them

Me too, I agree they are not fun to deal with and have nothing to do with tiredness. I have used peach corrector from LA Girl and Milani that are both good. They don’t completely erase the dark circles but they look much better. The trick for me is to use the smallest amount possible that still gets the job done. I would try Bobbi’s pencils - she knows stuff!

I do a lot to draw my eyes upward so people don’t focus on the bags and veins under my eyes. I to have had them since I was a teen. My mom and all of my aunts do we are Italian and most Italian women have them as well.

I completely agree with you. I can't see any dark circles on these models. I have genetic dark circles, they look like raccoon eyes!

If this make up is advertised for mature skin (over 50), why do the not demonstrate on mature skin? So sick of seeing young models with no wrinkles, no dark circles, no age spots showing what mature women should look like. Put your demonstration where your advertisement is!

I found the same issue with the "find your shade" quiz. All the models were young. And the models in the images that supposedly matched my coloring had brown eyes, not gray/green/blue. I'd like to see someone at least middle aged using the sticks recommended for me.

I suspect that the blonde model at the 3:00 minute mark in the video is in her 50s.

Bobbi please pick woman in your age group & older that were born with dark circles. It doesnt matter how much sleep or rest...I have racoon eyes. ..and from reading these commets below so do alot of us.

Please use older models. I'm 72 years old, and I have real dark circles and a bit of the sunken look. I absolutely love the miracle balm! I have it in several shades. Happy Hour is my favorite!

This would be a lot more convincing if any of these models actually had dark circles under their eyes 🙄

models are young no wrinkles bags or sunken under eyes and hardly any dark circles

That white woman is more likely in her 50s and had a lot of wrinkles and saggy skin, was a mess to conceal, what are you talking about?

I want to see a tutorial using 60+ age models with age spots. I volunteer!

I bought this as well as the eye cream and face stick. Amazing for me. Concealer has been my biggest challenge. Love!

Saving up for this. I have deep set eyes and sometimes I have a hard time concealing dark circles even though I've used popular concealers.

I love these face pencils and I've been using them for over a year. I first bought a peach to neutralize the blue tones now. I can't wait to try out these pencils instead. One of my favorite parts about the pencils is that I feel like sharpening a pencil is more eco-friendly. It doesn't have all that extra plastic that most products have and I've been using it for over a year and I still have a lot of pencil left. I only combine it with foundation when I'm going to an evening event but for just work and daily stuff. I just use the pencils on top of my tinted sunscreen and they work great. I am currently 42 and I'm really enjoying her products. Also, not being tested on animals is very important to me. I always get concerned that companies like this may struggle because selling a product that I can use for more than a year means I don't buy as much product. I hope it stays around forever

Okay, Bobbie. But what products do you recommend for 56 year old, OILY and still acne prone skin??? Everyone equates "mature" with dry, and there are a few of us who aren't. 🤷‍♀️

I love my fair pink neutralizer pencil. It’s the only thing that has actually helped to cover my genetic dark circles. However, this pencil matches my skin tone closer than any actual concealer ever has. The struggle of being fair with super pink undertones.

OK, so here is a model without darkness under the eyes. She has puffiness, which is in a different category. What am I missing here? I have genetically dark undereyes circles. This has been a problem for me since I was a child, and now it has become a huge problem.

I don't have dark circles, but I do have deep eye lid sag, and cheek drop, plus dark spots. Surprise, I used to be a babe. Your Miracle balm looks good but this looks like a lot more work than I want to do.

I'm 75, got rid of dark spots with castor oil when in my 50s. It takes a while, several months, but gently applied several times a day and finally they all went. Saw some starting to show on my hands and used same technique. It works so well.

I love the idea of this makeup. A balm for mature facial skin!! I’d love to have someone show me in a store on my face how to use. Are there any “pop up” shops?

I recently bought the Face Pencil and then the Neutralizer Pencil and I am really happy with both. Next I plan to get the Eye Cream to use before the pencils and I can’t wait to see the difference it makes! I’m making a list of things I want to try and am replacing everything I’ve used previously because I like these products so much! For me, WTF and Miracle Balm have been so good for my skin , and I hope they’ll be the same for you!

How do you know whether to use the pink or the peach shade if you're fair? Also, are you setting with powder after application of both pencils? Are these appropriate for ppl with acne prone skin?

I wear waterproof or water resistant concealer because my tear up in the morning. Can I use this product?

what is the face pencil for the deeper tone?

Love these tutorials with Bobbi! Quick question, I have the face pencil in shade 6, that I was told corrects and brightens. How are these different than those peachy pink shades of the face pencil? And do I need one of these if she 6 works as my corrector?

Great question! The old #6 Face Pencil is now Light Peach in the Neutralizer Pencil. The new #6 Face Pencil is a brand new shade for evening out skin tone rather than neutralizing. ❤️ We hope this helps!

We decided to create more Neutralizer shades to offer a wider range for brightening and color correcting under the eyes. We separated the Neutralizer shades from The Face Pencil’s to make it easier to understand which shades/product should be used for different purposes. The Neutralizer Pencil brightens and color corrects darkness around the eyes, while The Face Pencil evens out skin tone around the eyes and other parts of the face. We do not plan on discontinuing the Face Pencil. ❤️

mmmmm - my under-eye skin is thin and wrinkly and doesn't have the strength to sustain a dense formula. I would need a very liquid and very pigmented formula.

I'd like to try this product but in a trial size..Will you make that available?

All is great, but if you dont have stores to try them on, how would u know which one is your shade??? No, in my opinion,the on line test is not enough, sorry

Why do you say the neutralizer color is pinkish? I find pink doesn't correct my dark circles - a light yellow color corrects my dark circles. Other question: does the product settle into lines? Every product I've tried end up settling in lines making them look even worse than they are.

What about eyelids ?

Since Bobby Brown recommends JBR for women over 60, I’d like to see videos of women over 60 in the tutorials, I turn 69 soon, I have naturally good skin, but I have always taken good care of it. I have sensitive skin and eyes, very dry eye syndrome with allergic eyes, the skin has gotten creypy around my eyes, making it tricky to wear eye makeup, especially mascara.

The under eye area is so delicate and the skin is so thin. Rubbing pencils there will drag the skin. These models have young skin that bounces back when you draw on it with a pencil. There needs to be a solution that looks natural.

I just worry about sharpening the pencil. Some pencils splinter when you try to sharpen them.

What about where the sun took your melon from sun damage so exactly you want to bring Colors where sun damage is meaning bring back that color like when you were a kid. Look at your younger pictures and you will see some colours underneath eyes. It will make my under eyes look older. I prefer wax based colours it’s like prisms so I don’t want to see my bags under my eyes look worse and bring my bags forward… okay 👍

Is it possible to be more confused after watching tutorial?!🤦‍♀️

This jones road crap. Bobbi brown Already had her shot with her previous multi million dollar makeup line and she blew it. Why should we believe this is different. Sometimes in life you don’t deserve second chances. Why not talk about some other product from a brand who actually needs the help and deserves it? Bobbi brown ain’t hurting for money

I thought bobbie was done with makeup?...looks like she needed to earn some more $$
