I've gotten both watches! that way i can just use ultra for basic casual wear and then go to the 9 stainless steel for that sleek, snazzy look!

Just upgraded from series4 stainless steel to ultra2. Have been used it for 7 months. I feel it very heavy and don’t like its design. I am planning to back to use some old stainless steel model before series 10 release

I enjoy the Ultra Watch, and I don’t do all the crazy adventure stuff.

You make a lot of good points, hopefully Apple is listening, I've heard others mention a lot of the thing's you did. A smaller Ultra I would think is coming, or maybe the apple watch 10 will have a similar body of the ultra without the action button, good video.

Thanks for this video. I'm also a guy who loves the 41mm SS Apple Watch, and I always keep my older one kicking around, for when I need extra battery, or I'm doing a rough activity. It dawned on me, that the Ultra doesn't really provide me with anything new, I don't need dual-band GPS, or a bigger screen, or the action button (since watch OS10 allows quick access to widgets). I simply wanted it because it was new, and the tradeoffs in size and weight aren't worth it over a quick 10 min charge when you need extra juice!

I love my Apple Watch Ultra and I do all the adventurous things Apple Watch Ultra owners do or what Ultra is meant to do; but I have no problem wearing my Ultra with my Suit which I do wear with my Ultra. I like the screen size when i'm running maps during hikes, working out.I love how I dont have to worry about scratching or dinging my watch up when im out there.

I've been a fan of big watches so I went for the Ultra 2 and ditched my Series 7. Depending on the band, the Ultra looks good in any business attire. My only minimal gripe I have about Ultra 2 is that it didn't come in a graphite color. I'm thinking maybe the future Ultra 3 might have that color option and it it does, I'll buy it and buy the stainless steel graphite watch band separately. Other than that I love everything about especially the battery life.

Fantastic video! I agree - the Ultra is just too big and doesn’t look as good as a standard Apple Watch when on the wrist.

Absolutely you are right, I’m sick of this ultra 2 big and uncomfortable , feels like I’m hanging on brick.

Only thing I find annoying about the curved screens is screen protectors... I have gone through about 6 cracked glass protectors (which are a pain to apply) and ended up getting so sick of the glass that I am using the film protectors now, I need to replace the film maybe every 3 months or so because they always end up bubbling or peeling eventually. This is enough to make me want to switch to the flat screen of the ultra. I despise curved screens now despite how elegant they look. Same issue with the older Samsung ultra phones and why I switched to iPhones for the flat screens.

We both have the Apple Watch Ultra and we love the light feel of the titanium body. We used to wear the aluminum small body Apple Watch because it was affordable. The stainless steel models were much heavier, but much more durable and they had a very hard watch face. The aluminum body's Ion glass would scratch easily. I love the style of the Ultra Watch and its protected crown. I have never met you, but it seems to me that the Ultra would be way too big for you, but the sleek stainless bodied watches fit you much better and would now be able to fit your watch under a buttoned cuff of a long sleeved shirt. I cannot imagine wearing the Ultra on a dressy night out, if those still exist!

I agree it has a lot to do with personal preference. I really do like the overall square design of the Ultra and the protected crown. I wish Apple made a stainless steel/Ultra hybrid. It would look amazing

What’s your wrist size?

The reason I still keep my series 7 is because of the black titanium finish. I wish the AW Ultra 3 comes with it

I never liked the ultra. The design is perfect for the intended user, people who do all these things that I don’t lol. I have the series 9 and it took me a while to get used to it because my past Samsung watches were rounded, which I prefer. But the AW series 9 grew on me big time now ❤

The stainless band is it thru Apple ??

My Apple Watch Ultra 2 is more functional and the battery is better. Plus I love all the custom watches faces as well.

The Apple 10 is supposed to be a totally new design. I just bought the Ultra 2 and now wish I had waited until the new 10's come out in September...

The ultra 2 will remain a beast for a long time I just got mine 3 weeks ago I doubt it shows age anytime soon I have a few coworkers that rock a series version although they still look well can’t go wrong with either

Honestyly Apple watch ultra 2 is a beast! Its just so big and uncomfortable in wrist sometimes

I want the big face with the stainless steel band, so go for the ultra 2? with what exact band though?

I’m somewhat of a minimalist. I prefer to have just one watch instead of two. Don’t take me wrong, your idea is great! Just now my lifestyle

I think the ultra isn't good enough for it's use case right now but it will get there.

I am 285 pounds, 6’3 at 9% body fat. I love your videos but could you implement a larger friend wearing the watch because I agree that the watch looked big on you but the comparative to a larger wrist may look just right on others. You got me into other watches I had to send back because they looked amazing in you but kinda funny on a guy if my size.

Where are you going to return your watch after 2 years?

I agree and that’s a great point. However I charge my watch and my iPhone each night either way and it still easily lasts over a day

@@FaizAly The battery in my S6 died today after 4 years (less). Straight from working all day to needing 3 charges to get through the day with no change in use. Thanks for the video - I'm trying to decide if I want to go Ultra or not. My wrist is wide enough that the Ultra won't cover it and I like the look, but wow you made that stainless steel look good, especially with that band.

It's a man sized watch. Definitely not for everyone.

There is no point in buying the ultra the SS is classier. If I wanted a true sports watch with at least more than 2 days battery I’ll go with a Garmin watch. The ultra looks cheap I never liked the designed.

I was looking for DETAILS about the watch and what it has to offer! You repeated over and over and over ad nauseam about how elegant the watch was! WHO CARES WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THE LOOK! People want to know about performance! We call ALL SEE what it looks like and how we can change it up! What a waste of my time!

Wearing a suit with ANY kind of apple watch and bracelet combo is probably ok in your world, tech world. There is a reason ppl still buy Patek, Rolex , Chopard and so on. Get urself something proper for when u want to really get dressed. Stainless steel or not.. apple watch is a toy not a watch.
