@Izwan Ahmad, don't know what ur going thru... but, after going thru mental persecution, I realized there's so many ppl who give up on their own hope & then, try to harm the innocent. It's all abt good friends, try to stay away from ppl who give you fake compliments & also, seek entertainment from others (cold ppl).

In the Quran, Surah Baqarah, it states “155. And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.). 156. Who, when afflicted with calamity, say: "Truly! To Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return." 157. They are those on whom are the Salawat (i.e. blessings, etc.) (i.e. who are blessed and will be forgiven) from their Lord, and (they are those who) receive His Mercy, and it is they who are the guided-ones.” Allah (SWT) will test everyone with certain difficulties. But if we stay patient, Allah (SWT) promises us His blessings, His Mercy, and His guidance. May Allah (SWT) make us all amongst the patient people, AMEEN

So if your struggle led you to Allah, then thank allah. Once judgement day will come, all the struggle that you've faced in the world will feel like a day or two. So, just remember that there is the akhirah

I went to prison and it traumatised me from morning and night I became ill in prison even after my release I was ill for one full year or full 15 months

Aleem 4 786 Good tip for you Allah loves whom they ask greatnesses in this life and the after. Prophet muhammed peace be upon him . Taught us that we should ask Allah for things in dunya like health , wealth , great home , great spouse , children and forgiveness. So our dua not for the afterlife only but for this life enjoy this life while worshiping Allah this is the greatest thing you do. It not bad to enjoy this life enjoy it and spread love among muslims and non Muslims. So please ask for peace in this life and the after and look in Muhammad be upon him duas and check for your self how he make dua for this life not only for the afterlife.
