I was crying as I was watching this and at the same time watching another me planting all the plants I bought in the garden and as the tears ended and I sat with the beautiful bed supporting me my grandson ran in wanting me to play... why would I not even if I had to crawl to him and my wonderful daughter got me a cup of tea ☕️ All these me’s coming n going and the awareness remaining... how incredibly amazing is this existence called life ❤️

I always have a feeling Katie is telling us look, the sky is blue, which she would never say, of course, but pointing to us something so obvious and we just can't, can't, can't see it.

You could drive your self crazy trying to watch your every thought like that, you are not your thoughts and that's it ♥️

I remember my impatience with my little girl in the shop this morning when she had to choose what donut she wanted. And I hate myself for hurting her. And I apologized and explained that she had to use her voice to say clearly what she wants. And told her how long it took me to learn this lesson. Saying yes to me when I sometimes say no to others. Honestly, Katie I don't always get what you say. And that is for now. I guess. P.s I have done hundreds of worksheets for over 30 years.

Its kind of difficult because there is very little convention in her words, not a lot of spiritual jargon and I think she attempts to convey what is ultimately indescribable using language. But they are beautiful as they flow from the now and have a kind of freeing quality to them.

I think she’s a beautiful wise woman yet she seems to complicate things whereas it’s about being in the moment and focussing on the love we hold for life ourselves and others!

Amazing! But it will not work for 98% of the audience but you yourself know that! The fact is that Tolle's "Pain Body" turns out to have a physical body too, which works reflexively, automatically and constantly! You must discover it in yourself first.

@@jlm517rocks I have read all her books and done hundreds of worksheets. I was able to be with her in silence in this video. Maybe that's all I was supposed to get from it.
