Fees sabka same hi hota hai. Tum jo keh rahe ho ki Inka Kam hota fees. Vo Aisa hai ki vo baki bachi hui fees government hi bharti hai. To fees Kam isliye hai kyuki remaining fees government deti hai. Clg ke har ek student ka fees same hi hota hai aur clg ko vo milta hai. Fark bas ye hai ki open ka fees open ke log bharte hai aur reservation ke fees government.
