I lost both my parents when I was age 10 so I had no choice but to face different challenges and hardships as a young female but now I understand looking back the more one is sheltered the more you will fear so breaking norms is so important so you can set your own boundaries and be strong. All females should read up on female/woman rights in the country you are born/living etc. It's important to know your rights so that when you are put in a situation where you have to face the world 🌎 with different challenges you will understand how to stand up for yourself. Keep loud sound off devices, pepper spray, learn self defense, immediately take photo of cab, license plate, driver photo, location share/ send it immediately to whoever family, friend etc

My mum used to force me and put me on the spot which actually gave me alot of confidence. For example she would send me into the halal meat shop and start order while she parks the car. I used to hate it! But it helped me so much.

The biggest advice here for these girls is COMMUNICATION. Parents need to have open conversations with their children. Their child needs to know their parent will guide them and not label or judge them. Had the first girl gone to her mother, and had her mother been a strong woman (regardless of illness) the problem would have never escalated to molestation and ptsd.
