So true, Canti. 🙂 Even if we can't be at the front we can still make a difference. 😊Just being there makes a difference. I talked to a "clue-challenged" fellow Western European person yesterday, and I told them about you. They had a really hard time grasping that you are actually in Kyiv. Because to their mind, Westerners don't go to Ukraine. (And that same person doesn't get why I want to go there either). 🙄 I probably spent 10 minutes explaining to them that you are in Kyiv and what you do there, and after 10 mins he/she goes "he's there now"? 🤤 I won't waste too much time on that person. In fact I will avoid them. 😄

You are very inspiring Canti. Enjoy your streams. Hope you all going ok in Ukraine. Love to see things about Ukraine.

My guess is that your blood sugar gets better because Ukraine has less or no high fructose sugar, compared to the US. Sadly we are getting more and more HFS in Europe these days though. So our overall health in Europe will decline because of it. Great that your walking is going good. 😊 Happy Easter. 🐰🥚🐇
