Just got this, literally almost 1 to 1 with sauvage. Like you said only difference is the longevity but if anything just spray a couple more times

Been using this for 6-7 months as a daily scent. I get in the warmer months about 5h on skin light projection about 1.5h. On colder days here in Canada I’m getting a good 8h on skin same projection.

Wearing them side by side now. It’s way more peppery than the EDP and hardly any Vanilla to my nose. Idk, to me it’s about 70-80% close. Smells good though and gets compliments. Still prefer the original EDP.

I have mixed feelings about the Maison Alhambra salvo's. I have both, the intense and the regular ole 'salvo'... I think this one is supposed to be the EDP, and the salvo it EDT. Anyway, I've worn dior sauvage and it's a beast - lasts all day and projects like a big dogger. This stuff smells pretty accurate ; like 80% to me - but it just doesn't have the projection or longevity. 6/10 for price.

Everyone says it's long lasting, but I can't smell the perfume at all, or even afterwards, as if it smells very, very weak. I just bought it in December, what could be the reason for this? /PT: 2023.06/

I have both Salvo Intense and Sauvage EDP. There is a day I wore Salvo, and i forgot that I wore Salvo instead of Sauvage. 90% identical for the dry down and 6++ hours longetivity, with Sauvage cost 8 times Salvo in my country Malaysia..

Broo...do you maceration the salvo intense earlier? Cuz it smells quite metallic to my nose on the opening...plus sauvage edp had a sweet peppery drydown which I don't find on most of the dupes in Malaysian market.

On my skin, I’m clocking in about 3 hours then it fades to skin scent. Love the fragrance for sure. However, just wanted to see if this needed to sit for a while to mature out

@215jerome Got it. It's weird to clone the same thing twice. lol. And not just clone all the flankers as they are. EDP is the EDP, and EDT is EDT, etc. I bought both intense and the EDP. I'm just waiting for them to arrive. On a side note I have lattafa Najdia and lattafa Hayaati. It seems like they used the same juice for both to me. Invictus type clone. What are your thoughts?

I bought this because one guy said it's better and there is no reason to buy original, it's very cheap so who cares, but people should have know the truth.

Man I hope this is not too harsh on you. I really wanted to watch this review but the bass music bed is just way to distracting. I didn't even make it to 3:00 minute mark before I had to bail out .

Lattafa asad is more linked to Elixir,while Salvo is more Dior Sauvage edp. So if you are like me who prefers edp to elixir,then go for Salvo,if you prefer elixir then go for Lattafa Assad. Hope that helps.

I have both. I prefer Salvo. I love it. It's so juicy and fruity. Much better than Sauvage EDT in my opinion, which I had since 2018 until last year and never loved. Salvo Intense smells to me more like Sauvage EDP and Sauvage Elixir. I don't like it. At least it smells like the Dior fragrances. They nailed it.
