Now between Dr Anita and Sarah. I have found a mother and sister in Christ. I am listening to them every day. They are growing me into a woman in God. In Jesus' Name.

I'm in the midst of a relapse with my mental health and today I was ready to throw the towel in. A few days ago I said to my mother "death has to be so easy as life is hard". The Lord knew I needed to see this, it was sent to me and it has spoke to me profoundly. Thank you for reminding me why I must continue to fight.

Pastor something has to change for me.i dont understand everything . But I know God loves me. And I do have depression. My husband and I got married only few months ago.we where living together. I felt we had to be married because we live together and that was sinning. I never want to disappoint jesus he has been to good to me. For all disappointment I have caused my father. I know it saddens God to see me this way.and i are in constant prayer with him.but I am trying the only way I know how.my husband is a preacher. But is not preaching. I love him . I don't understand this anger I feel. I would never hurt anyone feeling on purpose. It's not in my nature.. I don't know where we stand . I need him around me . I lost my significant other two years ago. And I have been so lost. He gave a reason to live.i took care of him 15 years. I was injured in 1991 lost of back surgery's. Broke my hip three days before he passed. We had just got home with me. And he passed away. Worse day I believe in my life. Now what in the world am I going to do. Well I stubborn. And I know going to do this alone.and jesus has been with me for a long time.he has always always been with me . I love God with all my heart.and I never want to loss him again.for years . I did not try to walk with him. That scares me more than living.does that make since?

This was a good sermon with ALOT of gems. Lets go see a psychologist and get all this ANGER out thats making us sick...

you didn't overlooked it. There are higher heights and deeper depths in the Word. you just were not at this point which is why we have ministers who intensely study the Word. For example Psalms 23 has a different meaning once you've grow older and experience some life changing things. You learned The LORD is your shepherd not just quote it. Genesis is a great book but I never realized the plant first though

I am watching this for the fourth time this week. This was a perfect mass for me this year. "Depression is not a punishment nor an indicator of his absence", I am not dishonoring my God, never in my life. God bless you both Bishop and Dr Anita.

So very grateful Holy Spirit pulled me to this video. About two years ago, God shared this understanding with me during a road trip and had me preach it in a Zaxby's parking lot in Tallahassee, Florida. I'm not a therapist yet, but I am a woman that's still healing deeply. Blessings to all that have found the root of their pain exposed and extracted by the Hand of God, while watching this message. Let us allow God the opportunity to make the soil of our hearts healthy and fertile again. Father, please seed our hearts so that we may bear much fruit to your glory and our good. I decided yesterday that it was not my job to worry and further agreed with Dr. Phillips that I was dishonoring God by trying to do his job. I have it all to him and will sorely trust and depend on him for all my needs. Thank you for your leadership.

I looked over this video for a few days before I gave in and finally watched it.... THIS WAS WHAT I NEEDED, she's on fire!! Thank you for this word..

I was lead to this sermon by my journey sister and I started to watch the video yesterday while sitting in my patrol car at work on the nightwatch but didn't finish it and although I could have watched it after I got of that morning. I felt the need to watch the rest of it tonight while at work still sitting in my patrol car. Now I understand that reason. You see I'm in a 21 day fast and I am asking God for some major things and this word brought divine clarity, the kind of clarity you get when you're alone just you and God. Dr. Anita Phillips said some spot on things that spoke to the place where Gods wants me. I declare and decree that chains are broken, in the name of Jesus, hearts are minded that are connected to me, visions and potential is resurrected in the name of Jesus. God is creating a new army of preachers, teachers, therapist and I Thank God for Dr. Phillip's, this sermon made me face the level Gods wants to take me too and I declare and decree that I bind the spirit of fear and anxiety about it and I send it back to the pits of hell where it belongs. I will be who God says I am became He knows my name and I am called blessed. Thank You Bishop Jakes for your gift and relationship with God, you changed my life almost 6 years ago right in that same sanctuary and now Dr. Anita Phillips has called me out....... Address the fear!!!! I never like that feel the fear and do it anyway statement - God tell us not to fear. She hit that right on the head!
