This resonated with me on so many levels having worked at 2 family restaurants in my 20's that closed, still friends with most of the employees, the warm atmosphere in his restaurant created by food and love and I have been living in Vietnam for the past 7 years and love sui cao, dim sum...this scenario has played out all over Vietnam in the last year and a half....much respect to the private business owners and the services they provide!

Brilliant. So sad to hear of the greed of the land Lord. $20,000 per month is theft !!! Absolutely ridiculous.

This is sacrilege - how can a landlord charge $20,000 a month? That's extortion. I hope the landlord gets arrested and jailed. I'm glad they at least have another location, and I pray for the employees who cannot be switched to that location. Important story, amazing video. Thank you.

Hello Dexter It would have been an excellent film if you had used too correctly. When Wesley Law said ”Me too” you spelled it “Me to”. It just destroyed the whole film.

You hear this story over and over again …. Landlord’s wants to get rich and out goes a great long time member of the community … this country has gone to shit and it will never recover despite Republican lies to make it great again …. Our great times are behind us … it is now every man for himself as the rich get richer …
