John is truly an amazing Human, Poet & Man-still going strong after 3 decades-such a giver and positive force.

This is awesome. John looks so happy in this interview with the children. So good to see him so humble and touching precious lives....

I've always loved the Goo Goo Dolls and especially how down to earth and likeable Johnny seems to be. This video really shows what a nice guy he is. It's quite moving and brought a tear (or two!) to my eyes! Sweet guy and he and his band are great musicians.

he's so adorable! I couldn't explain what I feel for goo goo dolls! I like other rock bands but goo goo dolls is different to me! I think his lyrics express a dossis of kindness! :)

I remember when they toured in Fort Wayne Ind. It was 3/14/07.I was meeting them for a meet and greet. I have 5 boys, and had three of them with me. And when John, and Robbie and Mike saw the boys they were smiling from ear to ear. GREAT WAY TO GIVE BACK Johney KIDS FIRST. We will be seeing you in Naperville, ILL. and the boys can't wait. Lol , the best advise I have ever gotten so far was before my degree exam, and a friend came to me and told me "Remember, do not say anything unless you are asked" Meaning, never open your big mouth and say unecessary things (that could get you into trouble) unless you are specifically asked to. Lol, keeps saving my life everytime. BTW, What the hell with the one person who disliked this vid???

The kids look like they want to say 'who the hell is this guy again??' I don't blame them at their age. I love the Goo Goo Dolls, but was in HS and College during their peak in the 90s. This would be as if I were 5 years old in 1985 and having Johnny Cash came to play for me.
