Some people just have it built into their bones. Our scene’s top player personally didn’t even own a controller, the game, or a console to play. Granted, we all sucked, it was still a sight to behold at the time.

@@crimsonmido2519 It's just that a focus on tech chasing is pretty boring. I want to see two people comboing eachother and zero-to-deathing eachother. Not one guy laying on the ground with the other guy perched next to him, waiting for the next move. I understand it's skillful and what not, it's just a momentum killer. Mango v Zain will always be more fun to watch for me than Wizz v Zain

Not sure, but the nair was absolutely a tech flub. Part of me thinks that set up for a game 5 loss. Wizzy played less confidently and started doing dumb stuff like raptor boosting over and over. Thinking back to the previous game where he went from maybe a clutch triple knee to even it up and maybe win on yoshi's back to back, to just dying at 0 and having to pay game 5 probably wasn't great.

This set not being on coms is criminal

End of game 3 was some classic Marth falcon spaghetti

I can tell some of you guys don't play Falcon in the comments. At top level, Marth has the edge in this matchup. S2J has gone on record saying this too. I can't describe it with a number. Marth's neutral is easier to implement than Falcon's in this matchup. I think Marth and Falcon go even on punish but Falcon's neutral is way harder to implement. Against a good Marth, getting in can be extremely difficult as Falcon without putting yourself at a huge risk. You can debate that techchasing is easier for Marth too since Falcon is one of the easier characters to techchase. I still think it is a close matchup but to say it is EXACTLY 50/50 is nonsensical.

Lots of Falcon crybabies in the comments for a game 5 match that could've gone either way. Zain is sick, keep copin' scrubs 🤣

*Spoilers* . .. ... Damn, wasn't sure if this was the match that sent Zain into Loser's so I was on the edge of my seat the whole time

ngl zain kinda played like a weenie at the edge. he is afraid of falcon. i think wizzy takes that set easy if one or two situations swing in his favor. zains edge cancelling actually also turns a lot of situations where i dont expect to typically see a follow up into a full combo ending in death. So kudos to him for that

Marth is such a broken easy ass character. Actually deserves to be banned from tourneys. Every move has insane space coverage, insane frame data, a busted grab from across the stage. And floaty makes marth had to kill offstage
