Goliath Review: Is this ride actually underwhelming? (Six Flags Magic Mountain)
In 2000, Six Flags Magic Mountain opened the world's tallest and fastest roller coaster, Goliath. This Giovanola hyper roller coaster drops riders 255 feet, and hits a top speed of 85 mph. This ride is big and fast, but it's also garnered a bad reputation among coaster enthusiasts. Today, we take a thorough look at Goliath, and decide if this coaster really deserves the bad reputation its gotten.

No. B n M is sooo overrated
I don't what the haters say about Goliath. It will still stand as my favorite roller coaster ever. Even after riding the coasters in florida, magic mountain and knotts. This is still the GOAT. Beautiful color scheme, unique layout, and smooth as hell. Great floater and those bone crushing postive Gs. If it was a B&M it would have a bad rattle probably, and yet after 24 years its glossy smooth. So underrated. Titan and Goliath don't deserve the hate they get. Giovanola did a fantastic job with them and the GP love it.
And yes they should replace it with a B&M
The last time I rode this coaster I almost passed out on that double helix..😂

They should tear it down and put a B&M in its place with a steeper drop. And hopefully a rebrand with a name change and a new paint scheme. Because those colors are ugly as hell to look at Everytime I’m there.
