I can understand this. I just went digging violently for this, having assumed I also heard it in a Spongebob episode somewhere. If you haven't heard either in a while, it might sound awful close to Waltzing Flutes, the opening music for the Krusty Krab Training Video episode, in your memory. It is also possible you'd get it confused with Life of Luxury, heard briefly in the background of the Squidville episode, but that seems far less likely than the former option. I have also never seen an episode of IASIP, not that it really matters in this particular case.

Fun fact! The highest wind speed ever recorded in a tornado is 301 ± 20 miles per hour in 1999 Bridge Creek-Moore Tornado in Oklahoma

For context, a hurricane can have anywhere between 100-200mph winds. If a hurricane has 200mph winds, it’s one hell of a severe hurricane. This guy’s playing golf in wind speeds 2.5x faster than that. It’s a miracle he’s even standing without being blown away. The golf ball must weigh as much as a bowling ball to not be blown off.

Hurricane winds? no hurricane on Earth has ever reached 500 mph. You'll get winds that high or higher if a volcano erupts violently though.
