He's not waffling brother it's called having good friends, he was clearly trying to have a heart to heart with Randy lmao, essentially saying that even though Randy can often be the butt of most jokes, only reason that is the case is because he is loved by everyone and everyone knows he can take it as he doesn't take himself seriously, that's why everyone loves Randy as they can be their true selves around him and know he isn't going to be a little baby and get offended or irritated, not saying that moments like that don't/won't happen but they're extremely rare, you want friends like that in your life as imo they're your closest relationships ones where you can take the piss out of each other to the highest degree and no one takes it seriously as everyone knows it's all love in the end 🤷‍♂
