Man, I've been looking for a rear diffuser for my MK8 GTI and i hate the fact that all of them require drilling. Do you know if there are any companies that sell diffusers that can be swapped with the original one on the stock bumper? Don't quite have the guts to drill holes in my MK8 bumpers lol.
How did you do bolt on the nuts, when I try the screw just goes back up

Is it really necessary to bolt the diffuser to the car? I've seen some on IG where they simply use doublesided tape to make it stick and have proven to do the job quite well. Anyone tried that?

100% Im not sure double sided tape alone will hold this at speed on the motorways with all the vibrations. Much safer this way and not much hassle either

@@xBuzz996 I think its a brand called "Reiger" That do a diffuser which you just remove this standard one and it replaces the whole thing - might be worth looking into if you dont want to drill

@@xBuzz996 I feel you bro, trying to find a rear diffuser for my MK8 GTI that can just be a direct swap to the original. Don't quite fancy drilling holes in my new bumper lol.

@@europeanlegend9347 I bought a maxton diffuser for my MK7.5R wagon, used only double sided tape and it holds up really good. No drilling.
using a concrete drill bit for plastic....hmmm...

Are you going the instal the bigger exhaust tips? And do they fit on the OEM pipe without damaging?

I was looking into it and you have to cut these tips off and weld on some new ones if you want to keep the standard back box! Theres a company in the US that make tips which slide over these existing ones but theyre pretty pricey!

I got it from the Maxton UK website bro! But I ordered it in November and it arrived in December. took 5 weeks to arrive!
