Yes this was shown on a newer 2005 VW Bora to demonstrate, this map was then re-written to the original. this map was then written to my 2001 golf 130 which was extremely good. To get the maps visit blacksmoke.co.uk they are pretty cheap. You need the exact ECU variant ID otherwise you will be left with a EPROM fault code.

Yes I had to remove 2 fuses, I think it was 11 & 18. It will throw the ABS light on so that will need clearing after

I'd like to know if this made an improvement too. I use the Kess V2, but have heard decent things about these little read/write cables. Although you can't remap simply by using the Galetto, they are a good middle man, even with free mapping software.

Look at the ECU ID (when you clicked ECU DATA), Look at the hardware and software Numbers. They Dont match your Car, so obviously these guys dont even have a clue and dont even use your orig software to create the mod file. You are lucky this is edc15 , playing games with files will end in tears. Dread to think whats in these Files.....

Arron Somerville is it still running now after 3 years without issues? main issue is Bricking the ECU/ crashing it; that's why they offer a free ecu repair with first remap! just incase

These "tuners" have to be gotten off the streets! Black smoke fans for crying out loud... Hate when people do not know what they are doing, yet they still do it... commercially.
