    This is casting. Forged irons are stamped from a chunk from iron alloy.

    The method is called investment casting. The wax is dipped into a cement like substance that after drying becomes the mold for pouring molten steel. The wax simply buns off while pouring

    They make make so much profit it’s not even funny a driver cost like 25-50 bucks to make

    ​@@ryanmcquillan534a driver cost far more to make. Shafts are not cheap, some grips alone cost $10 Materials, R&D, there's a mark up and they make a lot but it cost a lot more to recover what they put in especially paying employees. Ping irons are a joke this method is the cheapest way to make irons, forged and milled irons are much better.

    Ah so thats why my [Nonexistant. This should be invisible to the reader] Golfclub i use to Golf With [Actualy i dont Golf. Also not visible to the Reader] has this weird 180° Twist mark on the stickhandle [Golf is Boring actualy. Also not visible to the Reader] thingy. It was some quite Precise work i see.

    You're right, science has nothing to do with modern manufacturing processes, modern steel, computers, laser lines, etc. Golf clubs like this could've been made in the dark ages to the exact same quality and specifications.
