What a load of twaddle, all you have to do is drill four one and a quarter inch holes

Wrong! 😆 You'd need to drill a few more than 4 holes (probably 8 at minimum) but yes this could also be done on a pillar drill with a forstner bit - I never said it couldn't
My question is is it a puzzle or novelty gift?.
