3:49 lol this is *not* self promotion, but I'm going to say this isn't "vibes" from a haunted house but rather, possibly, a form of ASMR. I'm listening to this video in the background and perked up when she said this. In my videos, I've tried talking about what I call displacement ASMR, and no one believes me XD But it happens to me too. Strange locations, including new homes, empty hallways, or even cemeteries at night (some, not all) will make me instantly dizzy or light-headed. Not once did I conclude it was "vibes" (though that is interesting); and before ASMR had a name, I just figured it was the same thing that triggers tingles and other different responses to locations, noise, and people. Very cool to hear someone else mention it! As for the plant, make sure your AC wasn't on (i see plants move randomly), and the lights on/off flickering is called brown outs. More substantial evidence needed to make a good ghost story, Goldie. :)

This interview is from 1999 I guess, but Dan Aykroyd, a lovely man who loves his ghosts, is in an interview with Neil deGrasse Tyson on the StarTalk channel and mentions that when you sell your house in California, the paperwork actually requires (asks) you to divulge supernatural goings-on within the house! I wonder if that's on Gene Hackman's realty paperwork lol
