Def a game changer!

Ingredients: Cut of steak 3 eggs White rice Black pepper soy sauce oyster sauce Baking soda Garlic Green onion Butter Steps: 1. add 3 egg yolk into cold cooked white rice and mix it 2. Add black pepper , soy sauce, oyster sauce, and baking soda to steak. Let it set for 30 sec and pan fry it for 2-3 mins. Then remove and set aside 3. In the same pan, add white parts of the green onion, lots of garlic and saute for 30 sec then add in egg whites. Scramble everything tog and then add in rice and soy sauce. Sauté 2-3 mins before adding in butter , green onion , and steak. Sauté on high heat for another 1-2 mins

I'm pretty low income myself but some tricks I know is if you go to the grocery store early anything right before the sell by date is extremely reduced. So you can get a pretty decent steak , especially just one portion for an extremely reasonable price, you can also ask the butcher if you can buy steak scraps and since these are cut up anyways it won't make a difference. I hope you find this helpful.
