Do you really not realize that the guy is a fraud and this is a fake AGT performance? The guy is lip-synching on all the fake AGT performances videos he has posted on KZread. He has made several different videos performing the same song. For example, Air Supply - Making Love Out Of Nothing At All. He has made at least 3 videos of that song as well as songs by Bon Jovi and Guns 'N' Roses.

As for the music, you will need to give the original artist/songwriters credit and pay them royalties for the music, though the words and performance would be yours.

He just melds with every song he sings, effortlessly but powerfully. All he has to do is stand there and sing. A wind could blow, a baby could wonder around, and nothing can distract him or take my eyes off him. His talented performance is so natural to him that it’s enchanting.
