Peter, you may be early for the silver trade. In financial crises, it is typical for gold to hold up much better than silver approaching the crisis, and for silver to then outperform gold as the markets bottom during the crisis. That said, the current conditions are unique, in that perceived alternative monetary stores of value are rallying against all currencies, with the perception that the global debts and deficits are becoming unsustainable. Hence, gold is diverging positively from its usual relationship to real yields, and Bitcoin is flying.

"Tell them what you're going tell them, then tell them, then tell them what you told them" is a hugely popular template, but it's one of the dumbest things humans have invented, probably even outranking speedhumps.

Totally incorrect, interest rates cannot be lowered due to inflation waiting to take off and more QE being lined up for another round, this will increase inflationary pressure and forces higher interest rates, then the market bubbles will pop and a deflationary spiral will start or be popped and the intro of a CBDC forced on us.

While I do not have any of the economic titles It sounds easy if the fed would wait to rate cut at the "better" time, like later in the year say see the data coming up to june-Sept and decide around those times, maybe even later. If people survived these last 4 months, and there will be no increase they will survive another 6-12 months they have adjusted already. maybe im stupid, but it sounds a bit "easy" at the current stage of the economy to fix it. - wait a bit longer lol

My personal plan or thought is to do GDX and the Gold Royalty companies to get exposure to miners (as its very risk adjusted way to get the added leverage on gold price). My problem with investing in the miners is they issue more shares out and most of the time its purely dilutive and not accretive. Most of the miners are still producing what they did in 2011 so in theory their share price should be higher than during the 2011 peak. The problem I think is their share count is waaaay more than in 2011. So I think if one invests in gold but wants a yield and more upside with the commodity price moving then I think gold royalty companies might potentially be a better idea?

If you want +700% gains, buy junior miners / explorers such as Defiance Silver $.DEF, Silver Storm Mining $SVRS.V, Aftermath Silver $AAG.V, Impact Silver $IPT.V etc. They are still at the lows but rising fast. Check the charts.

What this presenter failed to mention was the psychological and tangible impact our National Public Debt has on foreign/domestic investors and unsustainable interest debt service. This is the wildcard my friends. While I found the presenters historical stochastic analysis compelling, we are in uncharted waters as America has never been in this untenable position. I firmly believe we’re on a Rome 476AD trajectory and it’s anyone’s guess how much longer we have.

I disagree with this thesis. The reason why is it doesn't account for the why gold is going to all time highs which is China is buying a bunch of gold. It's not an indicator of anything just a simple increase of demand.
