Very cool,last time I was by Stanton I dug a big hole then fell in it twisting my ankle ,but I hobbled into the station in Congress for refreshments 😁

Great video! I have spent a lot of time out there on Freds claims and nearby. Ike is quite a character and a great guy! My best half day haul ever was just below where that old trommel sat before the creek destroyed it (three grams in 3 hours). I also dug over an ounce just downstream from where it lies now.

I have been in that area not looking for gold but gems in the wash a while ago and it has a creepy feel and maybe the all the deaths are why 🤷‍♀️ interesting.

10:35 was that a rabbit? have always wanted to try drywashing for gold! anyday you can go home with a bit of gold is a good day! nice work and great vid! and didn't those wood burning hippies know old planking and hand hewn beams from the 1800s can sell for $12-$75 a linear foot!!!
