Yup same here. Until recently, Gold and Silver both. At least now Gold is stirring from its slumber. However, Silver may actually have died. The next 12 years will tell!

@@mtpeterteacher755I don’t think gold will die, it’s used way too much and demand is increasing. One of the increased demands are computer chips and with rising AI the demand will only continue to go higher.

Depending on the election, it will either go up, or go up. If I traded it instead of accumulating it, I’d probably be planning to sell around year end but soon buy back in when it becomes obvious that things are continuing to get worse with the u.s. and world economies.

Do you own the physical , if not how much cash are you willing to spend ? If under 5 grand start with silver . If more, do not buy all at once , cost average and buy on dips ( it is generally lower certain times of year also ) . For every troy oz of gold have a larger holding in silver . Gold bullion bars for bulk , gold eagles for recognition and real money . Antique gold coins for confiscation reasons to protect you . Ok , now silver , bullion silver rounds for bulk , constitutional 90 % quarters for trade and bartering for food , ect . Possibly USA silver eagles , Canadian Mayple leafs and maybee mexican libertads ( very pricey though ) only because they are recognizable money in north america . I would stack these the least in my oppinion . And at the end of the day remember it may not matter what you hold you will probably get melt value for them so purchase the cheapest and then most recognizable next . Do not buy the mercury dimes ! They will sell them for the dollar face value and buy them buy the wieght ripping you of because they have been in circulation they are worn slick wieghing less , there for less money . I would only barter mercury dimes . The pre 1964 roosevelt dimes are a better choice , if the dates are difficult to see look at the edges of the dime you can tell they are silver . Do not sell to pawn shops bad idea . Watch yankee stacking , silver dragons , lynett zang , mike maloney , bill holter on you tube for great advice . 👍

The gold price manipulation is back in play; we'll have to wait and see how long they can hold it down this time around. But it will eventually move higher when the Fed is forced to cut rates.

Gary is not factoring in WWIII sometime in the next year.

Oh you absolutely will. There is an opportunity cost attached to ‘investing’ wealth into benign assets, whilst others generate a far greater yield. Few seem to know this.

I sold my old unreliable, Money pit VW Micro Bus in Oct 2023 and bought 20 oz of gold with the $$ and about 6 oz more since then. Local coin shop made fun of me at the time claiming I waited till peak of the market to get in. Who is laughing now

Did Fibonacci predict also the breakout in March? No I guess not. All these price actions are triggered by big heads in governments and will continue to do so. Algo's just influence short term swings based on news item parameters like job report, interest rate decision.

Beads and seeds are better money than Bitcoin, in my opinion. The central government breaks and will break contracts and treaties with impunity.

Love bitcoin, but it’s too new of an asset class - unproven yet when things get real (ugly). If the market goes south, Gold is the only play to run with any real confidence. Holding Bitcoin until the elections, then moving into tbills. If market crashes, then moving all in on gold!

Actually, Bitcoin is now 15yrs old and is rapidly maturing into the most existing asset class within global finance. It depends what you want. Are you happy just being the slow, boring snail or do you want to change your life? Everyone makes their own choice.

Trading has always been a matter of mathematics. How else do you think funds forecast portfolio yield; what do you think the algorithms contain? Macro shock - geopolitical, geological, whatever - is always the outlier and markets very quickly absorb and adjust. Those who think influence is long term haven’t a clue.

Talking about fib level is maximum cope.

It's not geopolitical tension, its monetary and debt, central bank accumulation
