I live in Sweden, yesterday I heard an old man swear over the prices in the grocery store. In the UK some of the supermarkets has imposed rationing of produce. According to experts, harsh climatic conditions and extreme heat are expected to significantly reduce total crop yields, which will lead to a further jump in the food prices. And the Russian war on Ukraine is not making things better.

Our time is very limited on time , when this really accelerates most people will look for the easier way out when they realize there are no more easy ways to move all hell will break loose , I lived in Los Angles during the riots , folks it happens so fast , take care of your business now before your trapped in regret. Yankee and Tim as always thank you so much 🤝🤝 May God Almighty’s Grace be upon us all 🙏🏼

I just bought more of these a few minutes ago. Tying up money due to an apocalyptic stock market crash is also not a smart move. Life is a risk and it's better to take risks than to do nothing, you can't always expect to make huge profits all the time, people have so many opinions about a recession/depression. In just 5 months my portfolio grew by $300,000 in gross profit, the main thing is to expand your portfolio and you will see amazing results by investing

@Bill Yes i agree and right now the markets are going berserk right now. This is the best time to watch them, get to know them better, and strike when the opportunity presents itself. I learned that from my mentor, "CASEY ALLEN GRAY" she's seen dozens of market cycles over the past few decades, and she has a feel for how they move, why they move, and what comes next

And then when you try to cash out it’s worthless because of inflation, if you were as smart as you think you would take half that 300k and buy precious metal. Also what happens when you have no electricity and can’t prove how much bitcoin/ digital money you have, you will need something instead IE gold/silver/copper/etc etc

I was waiting for something about Washington or Lincoln, etc. She replied, "President's Day is when President Biden steps out of the White House, and if he sees his shadow, we have two more years of Bull Shit." You know, it hurts when hot coffee spurts out of your nose.

Yankee, I can see and hear the stress in Tim's voice and face. Thanks for always trying to help him where you can. Every once and a while I think,damn... if I lived closer I could run some errands for him too. Thats what friends do! Thanks for the updates and CARRY ON!

Great advice to the callers as always. Tim your honesty, empathy and solution focussed approach is worthy of kudos brother. Peace is essential.

I think it's hilarious/cool how over time, this channel has kinda morphed into being Tim's channel lol. A few yrs ago when I first started watching, it was just Yankee by himself. And then it was Yankee occasionally visiting Tim but still making most videos by himself. Now it's at the point where almost every video takes place in Tim's shop 🤣 Really cool, the dynamic Yankee and Tim have, along with hearing bits of random customers' phone calls, it's an entertaining format for the channel.

Yesterday, I watched a guy at my local coin shop inquire about selling 62 ounces of gold. To my suprise, the owner didn't even blink - he acted like it wasn't a big deal.

Economic war. In 2020 I could not believe what my eyes were seeing, social unrest, brazen looting, craziness. IF things get really terrible, and it looks like they might, these people will not be saved by gold & silver. It's nice insurance against some things, but times look to be heading to survival of the fittest mode. Concerning and scary.

Uh, oh! Burst pipes inside the wall. Many plumbers, including myself, have had to go over to using plastic pipes as copper tube has doubled in price over the last 3 years and using copper has forced plumbers over to using plastic. Pricing jobs exclusively on copper has made traditional plumbers too expensive.

Just how many calls does Tim get in a day? I think Yankee needs to be Tim's receptionist ;) LOL

I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 75K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others, as an investor, you should’ve known that by now, nothing beats experience and that’s final, personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to a million, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I’m buying again

Couple thoughts from my own experience (been investing in the market, outside my employer’s plan, for 25+ yrs). It’s wise to see a FA. Some charge a flat fee to assess your situation and offer you a plan forward, others will give you an initial consultation to do it at no cost. If a FA is also a broker and tries to sell you (stocks, bonds, insurance) run, don’t walk, for the exit. Get rid of any consumer debt first. Don’t invest any $ in the market that you’ll need in the next 4-5 years. Start with no-load or low-load mutual funds; only purchase individual stocks (I like established high-yield dividend paying stocks) after you build a portfolio of mutual funds. Lastly, tune out the daily noise because the $ you put in the market is in for the long run. Good luck with whatever you decide!
