It wasnt ATC fault, the pilot of the legacy 600 was at fault

no it was the atc cause the atc didnt gave the order to the legacy to go down and the legacy had the transponder off so the TCAS system could not alert both planes and the GOL 1907 crashed in the amazons forests @@vince2k09

@@RafaelCorona-td1gc that was cause the ATC didnt see the Legacy 600 on radar since the transponder was off, well, they did see them but the legacy 600 was showing that it was climbing and decenting by more that thousands of feet a second so they didnt know what ALT the plane was at
