Its technically not free. He has quite a few people backing him on his patreon. So thats why he had the credits to his patrons at the end. Its only available thru the dedication and hard work he puts in and in turn, gave him his follower/supporters to give home some sort of wage to keep on doing this. So yes its free for the many but not free for those who give willingly to support him.

Saitama ain't really a good eater though throughout the series we only seen that he only eats french fries and even then he does not eat up all the french fries that is present within the store but he orders way too much that is for sure I think luffy might be more challenge for Goku in eating competition rather than saitama
