I hardly see anyone make Goku go any further than UI. The fact he made him go MUI just proves how tough of an opponent Ryu was.

Hopefully, the creators of Mugen characters didn't see this, or else we might end up with a crossover nobody expected: "Cop Ryu vs Goku" a few months down the line. 😅
