I seriously feel bad for gas. Like yeah, he’s a horrible person, but he didn’t deserve this. His brother, the person he respected more than anyone else pretty much threw his life away like it was nothing.

Also he was aware the Granola had to sacrifice much of his life to become stronger. It was stupid of him to not think it would apply to him as well.

Gas is a serial killer, he doesn't deserve it? How many people has Gas killed? It doesn't matter if his boss told him to! He's a grown ass man! He could've went off to any planet and live in peace, but he chose to join a gang!

Thing I like about the Granola Arc was its unusually more brutal than most arcs. We don't normally see Goku breaking someone arms. That's more of an afterthought in many DB fights, you expect limbs to be crushed, but its not due to the show being meant to cater to kids, but seeing stuff like that. It makes the fight feel more serious and makes you tune in more.

I agree. If Frieza didn't show up to 3rd party, Gas would've eventually been defeated by them and Granolah.

I'm tryna make maga videos too.

I really hope Elec planned to survive Gas after all was said and done... How did he possibly hope to mantain his rule over the universe if Gas died after beating Frieza and the saiyans? He didn't think things through enough, Elec would've got himself killed down the line even if Frieza didn't do it.

Elec and Gas had enough of an ego to assume that they didn’t need to burn through the wishes’s conditions that much, as everyone just kept growing in power as the fights went on. The main theme of the arc is that all that strength is useless when it’s unfocused. Granolah with his misguided revenge, Ultra Ego Vegeta recklessly taking killing blows until the form burns out, Goku not properly adapting Ultra instinct to his own fighting style, and past Gas assuming his inner nature form could surpass Bardock. Real victory comes through hard work.

@@FC_mania Elec has known since much earlier that Gas would probably be dead before the end of the day. He even tells that to Macki and Oil much earlier and hints at it multiple times. I dont think he ever intended for Gas to live past that day.

His wish to become the strongest in the universe take all of his lifespan, as much as his power increase, his limit lifespan was infact shorten as well. That mean the more his power increase, the more his body decease to nothingness. Or, someone like black frieza show up and kill him before he use the last lifespan he had
