With this upcoming cheat code for Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3, Goku will be able to start the fights in Super Saiyan when his "King Kai's Wish" Capsule is placed in his Skills Tray. Also, Cell will start the fight in Perfect Form when the capsule "Number 18 Absorption) is placed in his skills tray.
