seeing pan all alone with no other z fighters was so sad. she was honored at the tournament, super cool, but looking for goku in the crowd, man it makes me weep recalling all that.

Another reason GT's ending was great...

To be honest, when Super first began, I was so excited to see this whole new divine concept being played out. But as the series went on, it was treated as the new "SSJ1" through out the show which I didn't like. I thought the whole god ki thing was a good idea, but as I watched it play out, I've learned that it's too derivative of their physiology. For the Saiyan's, SSJ4 makes WAY more sense for them to achieve. And in my opinion, the gods ruined Super as a whole. Of course I'm talking about Beerus, Whis, Omni-king, etc. Not Dende, Supreme Kai or King Kai. With them interfering all the time, there are ZERO consequences to the show. Literally none. At least in Z when Piccolo was connected to the dragonballs, there WERE consequences because if he died, they'd be gone. Until the Namekian's dragonballs came into the picture that is. Now we have Earth's dragonballs, possibly the blackstar balls, the Namekian balls, the SUPER dragonballs, and now those stupid 2 set balls that Granolah used. There's nothing stopping someone from wishing themselves to be invincible with the 2 set dragonballs, then using one of the other sets to wish for immortality. They could also use the other sets to make them even more unstoppable if they wanted. Then what? Goku can't beat that. Beerus nor Whis could beat that. Daishinkan can't beat that, NOR THE OMNI-KING. The series has written itself into a gigantic hole that might as well be it's grave.

Zeno already showed how to deal with inmortal-invincible beings. Zamasu infused with the entire timeline because he was both as you stated. Zeno erased the timeline. Problem solved.

@@connoisseuroftigolbitts I think what people is referring Gt to as non canon is due to it not being Toriyama's writing and it being a Toei product, even though Toriyama did the character designs. But story wise, yes Gt fits Z perfectly as it shows the story of Dragon ball after 5 years from where Goku left with Oob

I agree with you mostly. It is weird that Puck and Pan were just fine. Then again, Dragonball chooses to break its rules when it comes to slapstick and reality. As for real Goku, Goku clearly has become mystical in some form. God like? I dunno about that. Maybe Goku asked Shenron to do him a little favor and he did it. We know the Dragon World exists but what role Goku has in it is unknown. Slight musing, but thanks to Dragonball Super, being a God means nothing. It's just more physical power and nothing more. Not even divine wisdom. Just a bunch of normal people that have super powers. Beerus is no different then Frieza. Side note, I don't think Goku Jr and Vegeta Jr are super powerful just because they can become Super Saiyan. It seems like the more diluted your blood is, the easier it is to become Super Saiyan. Goku Jr at best would have had to been early Dragonball Kid Goku level when he became a Super Saiyan.

Plus he was normalized around society and school, so that likely made him suppress his power more and more until he naturally became weak. Goten/Gohan did not go to public life until later in life. Gohan was a teenager. Kid Trunks was always training with Vegeta.

How about this: Goku is dead and not a god. Somehow he got a new 1 day pass from Uranai Baba, for saving the Universe from the dragons, or the first time didn't count because he was revived. He chose that day to return, saved Pan with a Senzu while she wasn't paying attention (could've slipped it in her food), saved Puck, made sure Pan and Puck came into contact, then contacted Junior (telepathically or otherwise) and left afterwards. Instant Transmission helps out a lot here.

@@QaamansLand Right, but we only see Goku together with Junior. Puck and Pan don't see Goku even when he's standing right there. So that could have been in his mind. like when Vegeta spoke to Goku during the Freeza battle after his death. Vegeta had no halo either.

And in the world tournament people actually saw Goku alive and well in his physical form. And then when he was leaving more people saw him, but they didn't really say much or rather anything. So to be honest your argument is kinda invalid, but it would make a decent theory.

the theory makes sense, i always assumed Goku fused with Shenron and become one being with the dragon and the protector of the balls.

Goku is no longer affected by the passage of time, so much so that he made it clear that he was not dead, as at no point did he show any halo above his head, besides Goku JR calls out for Kami Sama, in case you don't know "Kami" wants say "God".

Pan is part Saiyan and also lives in a world of advanced technology and where Roshi is immortal. Puck couldn’t just got lucky, landed in a river, bro he is fall by a giant mushroom, etc. it’s an anime… Pan also could’ve just been regular sick and got better. Could’ve spotted across Puck on her way to find Goku Jr. It wasn’t that Goku granted the wish, it was just that Pan and Puck were ok in the end.

Loved Dragon Ball GT!

The evil dragon idea was great but the first five looked like child play with no serious look only after syn shenron arrived it felt like threat

Hey Qaaman, when I look for the continuation of the Dragon Ball series I look to Dragon Ball GT even though Akira did not produce the serie I believe if we look carefully a lot of Akira's theme are there, However I have to humbly disagree with you my friend, GT Goku near the end of the Omega Shenron ark did merge with the Dragon Balls however I believe he retain his Saiyan body and integrity, "I do not believe he is a God within the context of the series but rather he has grown to such a level as a Saiyan that no one in existence can comprehend the power he wields, making he still that Saiyan from Earth but something else entirely" The reason I believe this is because I believe he kept with the rules of the Dragon Balls, not to allow them to be used too often to prevent the negative energy buildup, I don't believe he granted Jr's wishes as he promised Shenron he would try and not depend on the Dragon Balls for everything and to resolve things naturally in life, but also his ki is the same only more intensified and doesn't resemble other characters in the category of Devine like the Kais or angels. We never see Puk die, he falls yes but we do not see him die, his fall could have been broken in many ways, a branch, a bit of rope from the bridge latched to his leg, a flying animal etc. Pan went to the hospital because she was poorly, with proper medical care, food and rest, it is very possible she made a full recovery I mean she is part Saiyan after all. However thank sincerely for the video, there was another thing I was wondering however, right at the end of GT we see original Goku but we do not see his "tail" what do you suppose happened in those 100 years my friend ^_^

about pan's husband, maybe hs is "colm", the little boy that asked for pan to train him on dragon ball gt, maybe when goku left wirh shenron, she decided to honnor his grandfather's legacy, and then trained fighters with great potential to become z fighterd in the future, and also protect the planet earth, maybe she trained colm along with some people anf then, created an powerful relationship, that ended on colm and pan together as husband and wife, years passes and colm dies, maybe on a battle or natural causes, maybe this unlocked the super saiyan transformation on pan that we never ever seen on any media.

Goku really doesn’t do anything special after his “death” compared to any other weak character. There’s so much left to speculation my spidey sense tells me it’s literally just a marketing tactic rather than narrative gold.

In GT Ultimate Shenron can grant amy wish without limits just like Super Shenron. The Black Star Dragon Balls were made by the Nameless Namekian and Goku by now is dimensions stronger than the Nameless Namekian. This means that GT Goku has stronger wishing potential than any Dragon in Dragon Ball history and since Super Shenron has infinite wishing capabilities then this means GT Goku has beyond infinite wishing capabilities. GT Goku > Super Shenron = Ultimate Shenron
