I agree. They've been together the longest, and Gojo raised Megumi since he was a child. Gege even confirmed that Gojo is Megumi's legal guardian. Even though Gojo wasn't always around, he's always been present in Megumi's life when it was important. The other two are Gojo's students but Megumi and Gojo are really family.

i don’t think anyone understands that gojos lack of showing common emotions in a serious situation is because of all the bullshit he’s been through he was never taught none of that shit he’s never had to worry about that because people were too busy trying to create a god out of him and he’s consistently reminded of it everyday it makes sense that he wouldn’t and doesn’t exactly know how to be “fatherly” he’s never had to HELL he took megumi in while HE was still in his teenage years and that speaks volumes because what teen can take care of a kid along with take care of there expenses and stuff? if anything gojo is the closest to a father to megumi if anything because without gojo he’d truly have only himself and his sister nothing more so whether he *acts* like a father doesn’t matter to me gojo cares and took care of him and looked after him and continues to guide him he’s his teacher his tutor but also the closest thing to a father that he has whether megumi considers him one or not

If you really think about it... Gojo and Sukuna want the same thing for Megumi: for him to reach his full potential. However, Gojo wants this so Megumi can be strong and help others in any scenario. Sukuna seems to want this to help his own cause (which in this point in the anime/manga it’s unclear what it really is) and it somehow involves Megumi’s ability that according to Gojo has a huge possibility of becoming amazing... Should be interesting to see how Megumi’s story ends since Gege Akutami has made it clear his and Yuji’s paths have different ends..

So after reading the manga, I came to the conclusion: Megumi is Gojo's first son. From there Gojo then decide to become "professional dad" to ALL jujutsu kids he can find!

There is a difference between how gojo behaves with other and megumi , I think gojo will allow megumi to do far more and is close to him

I love how even though he annoys the hell out of them he deeply cares for them as his own.

For anime only Gojo not only take care Megumi and his sister financially but more of a step-father. (From Manga)Because Gojo is the one who picks up Megumi from school, each day by walking with Megumi and carrying his school bag while on their way to home. That's why Megumi said he owes his life to him. Their relationship is very strong.

I can’t wait till they dive deeper into their relationship because even tho these are mostly hilarious and Gojo is a menace I can tell that they really mean a lot to each other and gojo deeply cares about megumi like he wouldnt have stopped that sale and taken him in himself if he didn’t care, somethings fishy there. Update I have caught up in the manga and 🥺🥺

I think these 3 had their own special places to Gojo. Gojo can have fun with Yuji. While Yuta's able to see Gojo's loneliness and willing to do crazy thing for him (you know what happened in chp 261, right?). Gojo's bond with Megumi is obviously more intriguing and complicated because Gojo's history with Megumi's father.

Fun fact: Nakamura Yuuichi VA of Gojo also voiced Shigure in Fruits Basket. Gojo always reminds me of him in terms of his happy-go-lucky attitude And also, Uchida Yuma VA of Megumi voiced Kyo Souma in the same anime.
