Gojira - Sphinx [OFFICIAL AUDIO]

Музыка

New album 'Fortitude' available now: gojira.lnk.to/fortitude
Lyrics:
Call upon the wise one to remember the chords
The truth buried alive since the dawn of time
Was it all for nothing? Great watcher of the soul
Rid the world of its blindfold, make us real again!
Carved in lime stone
That’s all there is, facing the lion
Become one
You stand still, the voice of silence
Remain one
Express your will, you will be rewarded
For all thoughts become reality
May we learn from the old one
Standing tall in the sand
Witness erosion, the rise and fall of men
Carved in lime stone
That’s all there is, facing the lion
Become one
You stand still, the voice of silence
Remain one
The savior has arrived, the savior has a name
Carved in lime stone, you become one
Facing the lion, you become one

  • @krzysztof4114

    @krzysztof4114

They can be heavy. Gojira just isn't interesting anymore for lots of their older fanbase. Fortitude is like "the best of Gojira + additional sound gimmicks like jew harps and harmonics!". Same chord progressions, same song structures, same riff patterns. Enjoy what you want, but don't insult people for not liking what you like, Gojira just doesn't do it anymore for many of us and that's it.

It's an esoteric allegory.... It's in many cultures... The sphinx faces leo (the sun) the esoteric allegory of the sun is that of inner illumination (enlightenment) it's in nearly every other culture on earth including hidden in hidden astrological correspondences in the bible and jesus is just that, the sun inside that dies to it's lower nature and rises on it's ascent. Isis, apophis and osirus were all allegories of the cycle of the sun being the same as the cycle of the soul and all other things on a microcosmic and macrocismic level. The soul is inoccent (the virgin isis) as it is born into reality and learns ego and becomes bonded to it's own destructive nature that suffers (apophis:ie the sun disappearing under the horizon) then through the turbulance of the soul it starts yearning for higher nature to let go of pain and suffering and ascends renewed after the turbulence (osirus reborn again: or slain and risen) same story as jesus anf the astrological associations are found all throughout the bible. Becoming one is becoming illuminated, that is also everywhere in esoteric allegory. The savior has a name, and the sphinx is the allegory for that name: it's the sun!!!! Now you know what the song means. There are high esoteric concepts in most of joes lyrics. Ouroborus for instance .... The snake that crawls up the spine is kundalini awakening which is an evolutionary force in all living animate objects. Built into the fabric of the universe that keeps us evolving into higher nature.

Still we are under-represented, people think we are either only football fans or something like that, there is indeed a lot of bad in our country, but there is also a crazy amount of good, that i'm actually very happy to see that its being seen.
