I think it is really important to maintain school/life balance. The only reason I can keep going on the back to back shifts is because I know I have something to look forward to during the week or on the weekend. I often get asked how I manage to do both, and honestly I'm just constantly tired haha. But my clinical shifts are only until the end of the month so we will survive!
