i mean, can we all agree that hoshi + foreigner line’s room was the scariest 😭 getting inside a coffin, laying in bed with someone/thing popping up, someone appearing and suddenly talking in the mirror, a skeleton/scarecrow-type appearing with all the scary lights and sounds??? LIKE I’D GIVE UP AND JUST BE SHOUTING AT THE STAFF TO LET ME GO 😭 on a side note, i got sad with woozi’s room 👉👈 that was def a sensitive narrative but i’m glad the ending was that she got to live/ feel alive again

You're supposed to use the pure Korean numbering system to count things ("hana, deul, set", etc), not the Sino-Korean one. Switching to Chinese makes it easier since there's only the one numbering system 😁

So the stories go: For the team of The8: The girl was obsessed with looking good after being abused? She remembered the most important qualities that her step-dad told her about and seeing as her family each had some of those qualities, she decided to kill them and get their DNA (with the superior qualities). Her step-dad warned her when she burned him alive but she was too delusional --- believing in her experiment. In the end, she used the extracted DNA to make herself (or maybe to make someone? like in Frankenstein) look good using the superior DNA's of her family but in the end, her step-dad was right --- it didn't work and she ended up looking like a monster. The woman who was guiding her in her experiments played her. For the team of Jeonghan: Hmmm...I guess Mary and her fiance, Hans, were slowly drifting apart and she decided to kill him? For Woozi: Nara was depressed but found the will to live again.

The narration becomes shorter and the time too. They take more time according to the story. But I think hao, Joshua,hoshi and Jun's room was darker and spooky. Mingyu,hannie, wonu and dokyeom's room is a murder mystery. Still don't know how merry died . And last woozi with maknae's room is depressed at first, but became colourful. Easy compared to the other rooms.

DK our happy pill never failed us.

They felt sympathy with every single story, these soft heart boys T.T They did a great job. Team Mingyu-Jeonghan-Wonu-DK escaped the room well without an English speaker, Team Maknae+Uji were so good at finding clue and analyzing it , they remembered all the clue so they save time from running back and forth. The foreigners+ Hoshi team was so braver, can we talk about how they were staring so close at the mannequin with the scary voice at 27:23 !!! I was freaking out LOL Wow, Hoshi isn't easy to get scared at all. He keep the face as if he didn't impress LOL I'm looking forward for the July episode!!! 28:16 Mingyu's leg got stuck is so funny

I admire Mingyu's memorization skills here, the way the members tried reciting the code to him but he immediately remembered it in one go.

Okay but can I say how great of a leader Woozi is to the team, he doesn't overpower the members but observe, speak of possibilities and let the other members explore from there on. Dongsaeng line has probably one of the best chemistries, their wits and a bonus would be Vernon's calmness (and I love how he's always saying 'good job' to the members when they solve something). It's no surprise they came in first!

Woozi Vernon Seungkwan Dino's team are actually good like they're not the superb "genius/smart" team but they all have good observation skills and they're all into it which made the whole team on fire. 💛 Hoshi Jun Joshua The8's team consist mainly of the foreign line which made it more amazing bc they're not that fluent in korean language (thanks to hoshi for being the reading one!) yet they solved it. 💛 Then we have Mingyu Wonwoo DK Jeonghan's team who are the "smart" ones but they all still had fun with it while solving the room. Also seeing Mingyunand Wonwoo's twinkling eyes you can rlly tell they like this kind of episodes. 💛 Anyway, I just wanna say I wanna see more like this in the future bc I really enjoyed it 💛

They really did a great job.. I think their escape room is the most difficult and creepy one. If they are in other team's escape room, I am sure that they'll end it more earlier..

Joshua, Jun, Hoshi and The8's Escape Room is scary and have a deep and dark story but they're not even scared when something came in just like in the mirror and in the last part. Maybe they're keeping themselves ready because of the bedroom scene where the frame suddenly drops lol. I'm excited for Spooky Program, I doubt if they will get scared tho.

I think each puzzle was difficult in it's own way (intricacy, detail, overall connection of each clue, etc.), but what made it easy for Woozi, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino was that they were a great team. All of them were focused on solving each puzzle and everyone was spread out in each segment to look for clues to bring to the table. They also heard everyone out when there was a suggestion and gave approving feedback when it was useful, not hesitating to congratulate someone when they figured it out. With the other groups, there definitely was some desparity between the team members. There were members who tried to solve puzzles on their own and members who weren't heard when they gave suggestions, but it's honestly nothing to be bothered about lol I actually find it nice that you can kinda notice how each member thinks in a different way and has different levels of priority or method in their puzzle solving, which isn't a bad thing btw since that's what makes them such a fun group to follow and support. None of how they acted in the escape room was necessarily bad even if it took longer for them to escape because escape rooms are supposed to be enjoyed and you are supposed to have fun, so it's nice seeing them having fun and working together like that

let's be honest here: without GoSe our mondays would suck

Woozi, Dino, SK and Vernon team's synergy was so calm and balanced. It was so therapeutic to watch them.

DK and Jeonghan are funny 😆 just fooling around but solve the puzzle when they came back to their senses and then scaring each other 😂😂

Woozi and the maknaes really said "we only need 1 episode to solve this"

THE GOSE STAFF HAD PLANNED IT ALL ALONG!!! cause notice how all the members who didn’t reply to their messages + hoshi got the hardest and scariest escape room and ended up losing, and the members who replied the quickest got the easiest and most beautiful room and won LMFAOOO YALL DONT EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE THE STAFF

the room with nara's story was really moving and honestly so pretty- especially when everything turned purple. idk where they did the escape rooms but it's done so intricately and so well

I just love how Vernon compliments each of his team members every time they solve a problem.

Woozi's team had the nicest props and somehow cooler effect. (The storyline wS still pretty bleak) I guess that's the price of answering quickly. Hoshi's team room was the worst, scary in and out. Even calm Minghao was startled lmao. I would never choose that room if I must pay.... 😂😂

Easy room was to Woozi's group. Normal room was to Minghao's group. And the hardest to solved was to Mingyu's group. They lucky that they all smart😂

yeah, probably the reason why they team up wonwoo and mingyu together, as their team got the hardest room to escape. As someone who is new to carat (i hope i can already call myself that) and after binge watching gose, i always notice and admire wonwoo and mingyu's intelligence. Jeonghan and Marry's brother helps reducing the intense atmosphere there. Ahhh i like it when smart people are doing their own smart thing

But the reason they were paired together was because of the order in which they had replied in the group chat, but the reason why they were assigned this room could probably because of how complicated this escape room was and how smart these members are

I suck at even the easiest of escape rooms. This was a very impressive episode. Every team was smart in their own way and worked well. I was soooo impressed with Mingyu, Jeonghan, Dokyeom, and Wonwoo’s room though because none of them are a native English speaker and it has a lot of English in there.

27:22 와..슈아 진짜 데뷔전부터 옆태 장난아닌건 알았지만 새삼 또 감탄한다 하....진짜..옆태하나로 사람 심쿵하게 하기 있나 원랜 젠틀했다면 요즘 넘 멋있어가지고...볼때마다 계속 설렘 잘생긴 얼굴보면 설렌다는거 슈아보면서 첨 느껴봄ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

시작하자마자 버논이 차분하게 영어사람인거 다시한번 되새기게 해주는 장면들.. 정말.. 버논이 침착하게 영어 하는거 제일멋지다ㅠ

Shua, jun, hoshi and hao already experienced enough horror, and now they'll have to go to a horror house as a punishment...

in my opinion, the level of difficulty of all teams are the same, it's just that the maknae team's teamwork is very good. I'm not saying the others aren't good. but the maknae's team is hella unexpected

I think it's because the maknae line already are very close + woozi is a leader. I was surprised how calm Seungkwan was in this episode. It probably would've been a different story if he was w/ Hoshi or DK.

Maknae team is very focused and well-oriented. Each member focused on a specific role and that made it easier for them solve each puzzle. Seungkwan was focused on doing things in order, dino is focused on finding the relations between each clue, woozi is good at finding puzzles and solutions, vernon is good at correcting other members' ideas and putting everything in place. In short, they had the best teamwork. And for the person above saying vernon's team is boring, I'm sorry but what is wrong with you? I found their team the most entertaining because they were focused and solves each puzzle quickly and consecutively, which made it even more thrilling. If you find that boring, then I guess you'd be that one useless friend in an escape room who wouldn't stop whining about hints.

Jonghan asking Hans to lift himself to solve the riddle and dk promising Hans to find his culprit was amusing and funny 😂😂😂 loved the pairing of each group. This was such a refreshing concept . They should do an escape room again .

Everyone thought Wonwoo's team is the smartest but maknae team with woozi killed it!
