Only admins, new players and fruit mains will maybe keep it until third sea mostly fruit spammers that doesn’t pvp or really care about bounty. If new players keep combat until third sea then there are 3 pretty logical explanations, 1: they forgot about fighting styles, 2: they became fruit spammers that either doesn’t care about bounty or they only spam in pvp, 3: the most logical reason is that they are doing a challenge or they want to troll and make people mad and lose their sanity.
