Good video. It's always good when leaders speak from real life experiences. Eleven years ago after two years of being homeless and having at times, days at a time, a can of Vienna sausages and a couple of small sweet rolls for the days ration, I was hospitalized with a heart condition, underwent surgery and spent 12 days in the hospital. Despite being homeless, I made attempts to do what God asked me to do: Preach His word to America. Did you know that it is a cardinal sin for a homeless man to try and start a ministry doing God's will? Up until then, I had no idea that was the case. I nearly died from the hypocrisy of those that preach: "give and it shall be given unto you" which turns out to be valid as long as you are employed and "self sufficient". Once you come into a situation of need, there message changes to: "there's no free money". So from my experience; one question you should ask yourself when listing those people that hurt you; and keep in mind that this question does not in any way diminish the pain and suffering that you went through, it just puts a little perspective on it. Did their actions nearly kill you? That's literally not figuratively. The point is, people will always kick you when your down. There is nothing wrong with being leery and wary of those false Christians that are wolves in sheep's clothing. In fact, Jesus commanded us to beware of such as these. Mt:7:14: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. 15: Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16: Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Mt:10:16: Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. 17: But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; It just turns out that until you have suffered from those who are wolves in sheep's clothing, you will not have a real life understanding of exactly who they are. The best way to combat and diminish their impact is for those who are established in ministry to watch out for those who are just beginning and support them. Otherwise, the laborers that the Lord of the harvest sends out, may end up so beaten down that it takes years for them to get over what those fake Christians did to them.
