So glad I found your channel. I'm 26, just completed my first year in college, and made the dean's list in both semesters. And I'm pursuing computer science too :) This would not have happened if I were 18

Good luck to you in comp sci, I love to see more people joining the field. I recommend you take sometime to research job demand, with tech things are always shifting so try and find out what's companies are looking for that would ensure you have the right bargaining chips to get those sweet remote jobs which everyone wants these days. Also take the time to learn as much as you can about things they don't have time to go over in great detail in class for some reason companies love the people that code in their free time, and nobody ever said you know too much for our job LOL.

It's funny that I didn't get any notifications on your last 2 community messages despite ticking the 'all' box. KZread!? It is hard to respond to your video without leaving you an epistle. Your openness & transparency on what you choose to share, about whatever you might be going through, is hella commendable, and I am here for all of it! No one is the repository of all knowledge. Everyday we live, we learn. Nobody has it all figured out. How many people can say they have travelled to 29 countries? That's a whole lot of education that you can't learn in no brick n mortar classroom. You might also feel that PR was not a good use of your time or resources, but trust, they do say- 'no knowledge is truly lost'. You'll make use of it one way or another. You might even find yourself double backing and/or double downing on it in the future. Life is funny like that sometimes. I have a whole lot to say, but I'll leave it there (please refer to my earlier line about an epistle). Do what you love, we will all figure it out! im 26 years old and I am going back to college after getting an English degree, working in publishing for 2 years, and then getting laid off. I 've decided to pursue pharmacy because I want to work as a clinical pharmacist but the first time I went to college I was only 17 and didn't really know what I wanted to do. So i'm going back school next January and I am super excited and nervous.

26, went thru so many traumatic experiences and had a child at 24 so i had no time then to get a degree. now im pursuing one in criminal justice!

I’m 17 about to go to college soon and have no clue what to do. I haven’t traveled anywhere in my life and know I want to make sure that happens. Travel travel travel! I learned so much about myself and what I want to do from that! Nursing is a great career as well because they have travel nursing and it pays really well! & remember whatever you decide, you can always change at any point in your life :) good luck!!

I graduated with a degree years ago, didn't have connections. Tried to get connections didn't know until later on. Might switch to computer science and coding boot camp.

I'm debating going to college at 22 to study accounting. I must say you've had an interesting set of careers.

I currently work as Software Engineer but I’m debating getting a second bachelors for Math + CS or Electrical engineering. I’m not sure if it will be worth it but the field I want to go into is math heavy.

You did the right thing, a web devolpment certificate is better than a coding bootcamp academically.

I’m 26 gonna be 27 in August, I have 5 classes to get my associates I been having anxiety feeling too old to try to finish but you’re so funny & the time will pass either way you’re right (,: I can be 30 in the same place or 30 with a different salary
