I read that when you use the service menu, the availabiity defaults to the user's availability, which you set up in the "my staff" area. Ok, I get that, all good, HOWEVER, it doesn't give you the same availability choices as you get when you're at the calendar level. My client needs to have the date specific choices. For example, her schedule changes every week, so she can't schedule out 2 or more weeks because each week, she has different days available. Any way to get around this?
Nuno, thanks for the tutorial on Service Calendars. Is there an efficient way to identify the employees that are assigned to the service a specific color? I'm wanting to be able to look at the calendar and drill down to which employee is assigned to the service by calendar color identity. Thanks! And, keep up the great content!

Go to the "Calendars" section in your GHL account. Click on the specific calendar event to see the details, including the assigned employee.

@@AutomatedMarketer Is this the only solution for "color coding employees"? I am able to color code a Calendar. We want to drill a calendar color to a team member. The idea is to have a Service calendar the can identify the Team member for the booked (scheduled) service. If the only option is for the Calendar itself to be identified by color, do you have any suggestions of identifying the assigned team member that is scheduled for the service? Thanks for your first reply. Always appreciate the assist with working thru ideas of functionality.
Is there an option for on the hour bookings, or allocation windows? E.g. only show 09:00,10:00,11:00 etc not 09:15. Or booking windows for home service businesses. E.g. arrival between 08:00-10:00 or 10:00-12:00 for example?

No those options I dont think are available yet
By doing doing everything this way, as different services have different times, will it automatically change the calendar default time interval for the next available booking?

The choice depends on your goals and target audience. For a quick lead generation approach, Facebook Lead Forms can be efficient. However, if you prioritize branding and engagement, Website Funnels may yield better results.
What incentive would Salons have to choose this over an app like vagaro or fresha that has all this built in for cheap? I tried to pitch this to a barbershop but they said they were gonna use vagaro.

If you don't use rooms and equipment, it's not necessarily wrong. It depends on your business needs. If your services don't require these, you can skip them.

Nuno, hoping you can help! I have my google calendar imported into GHL. I have created calendars as instructed for 15 and 30 minute consult appointments that are linked to that calendar so no one is booked over a time slot I have blocked as busy on the Google calendar . But when I look at my calendar in GHL to check my schedule the time slots I have booked on my google calendar display 2 and some 4 times. How do I keep each booking appointment calendar from displaying the google calendar? What am I doing wrong?
