Thank you so much for explaining the differences of the calendars, I was so confused! Now I know which type to use in my sub account. Hope you can help me out as I'm trying to integrate an appointment form in one of our landing pages and would like to have a GHL calendar do the appointment booking but at the same time my client is using Nookal's calendars to book their patients. I see there's no way to link an external calendar in Round Robin. I know that my client uses their own google calendars in Nookal so if their own accounts in GHL are connected to their google, will that take care of things?

At 7:10 if I allow google to send invitation or update emails, won't that be an issue since my customer will be getting the booking email twice? If I keep it off, how will it work in that case?

Easiest way is to use two sub accounts, but you can do it all in one if you want.

Do you know how to make the calendars smaller so when they our on a phone it doesn’t look so large

There are only a few with a direct integration. Ask in the GHL Fb group if anyone knows. If it’s not available you can do a gcal that both read off of for availability

Hi, question, I currently run male and female facebook campaigns but noticed that I could not use the same automation, so created two calendars, two automations and two funnel pages to keep these two campaigns separate. My problem is that I want to have different calendars so I can send male and females to the right automations for the right tags to be added to the user, but I want the availabilities in the calendar slots to mirror each other to avoid double booking. Do you know how I can achieve this as my previous method seems to have stopped working since the last GHL update? Hope I am making sense.

It may be a config issue. Contact the Highlevel calendar support team and get on a zoom call with them. They'll get you sorted :)

No disadvantages, you can leave but you have to cancel your account and wait 6 months I believe it is. Just start with $97 plan and that will help you see if its worth it!
