It took us a long time to build this robot. We kept improving this robot. This is our third robot. It did not happen over night. We started our first robot in last August.

How do you guys build the part of you intake that lifts up at the start

We have a spinning bean attached to roller. Once the roller starts, the spinning bean lift up the top part. The top part is constrained by a rubber band to stay up once it is lifted.
