His peers are doing 2nd year at varsity yena still at high school beating up old women,even if Gogo doesn't want to press charges this boy will be watched like a hawk

There should be a law in place whereas if there is evidence of abuse ,the perpetrator gets arrested with or without the victim pressing chargers. I understand in a way it's taking away rights from the victim but people like him need to learn. Victims get threatened by family, friends or even the perpetrator. If this happens maybe more people would survive GBV. Just a thought. I could be wrong.
