Day 1: Reach Yuksom
Altitude: 5,643 ft (1,720 m)
Time taken: 6-8 hours drive from New Jalpaiguri
Day 2: Yuksom to Sachen/Bhakim
Altitude: 5,643 ft (1,720 m) to 7,200 feet (2,195 m)/8,654 ft (2,638 m)
Time taken: 5-5.5 hours; 8-9 hours if Bhakim
Trek gradient: Moderate-difficult.
Day 3: Bhakim to Tshoka
Altitude: 8,654 ft (2,638 m) to 9,701 ft (2,957 m)
Time taken: 3-4 hours; 5-5.5 hours if you start from Sachen
Trek gradient: Moderate.
Day 4: Tshoka to Dzongri via Phedang

Hi, can you tell me if india hikes offer bag offloading facility for goecha la and if yes then how much do they charge? i looked for in their website but there's no mention of such

Always carry poncho in Himalayas...it is mandatory gear for all trek..

Didi ei trek ta ektu difficult...apnara ektu easy trek select korlei bhalo.... Tabe fitness tai sabcheye baro bepar ... Jodi fitness thik thake tahole abosshoi parben ..

It's a lot more difficult than Sandakphu.... Sandakphu is 12000ft high Goechala is nearly 16000ft high

@@munnagkumaranne2926 It depends on one's immunity system......One of my sister caught AMS, she had headaches, running nose, cough and cold, joint pains, but on the other hand we didn't have anything....we were okay
