For anyone confused on why Tiamat looks like this, this is what she looks like without all that radioactivity that caused her to glow pink in the first place. Look up “Tiamat Monsterverse” images and you will find on that looks exactly like this toy.

Well if you look at Tiamat from Dominion and look at her in GxK you can see she evolved and she even grew tiny limbs so walk on land

Looks like it's based on the movie design so there are arms and legs.
