@@thebehemoth4951 There are plenty. GEMSTONE has some great visuals, but their project isn't released yet. There's all of the 2d Pivot stuff, and then there's a fantastic channel that made some animations of Godzilla Earth, but waaay ramped up. Godzilla Convergence is also great, in fact, I wouldn't say than any of these aren't worth watching. In the end though, most of them lack comedy, and the fluidity of Vranho's animations give them that extra boost in my opinion.

The animation and characterisation here is honestly great. Vrahno stays winning. Rhedosaurus being stop motion and Anguirus freaking out about the dinosaur toy were the best parts.

Well, from what I heard, some fans have been greatly dissatisfied with any kind of personality or expressiveness displayed by the monsters in the official movies, as they argue that cheapens their character and makes them too corny. Kong is the one exception, since he's an ape. This video is a cartoony, over-the-top parody, therefor overanimated expressions are more at home in this context.

I know Vrahno pretty much told u the same thing but I just wanted to say that the monsterverse is much more grounded in reality (though that's changing quickly with the release of gvk) and the real life animals that the titans r based off of don't have the muscular features to express emotions. I think it's fun to guess what emotion Godzilla is feeling despite not showing it. Although, we still get a LOT of more emotional facial expressions than we should. But that's a good thing otherwise we'd have a repeat of the lion king 2019 remake.

Holy shit this is honestly the perfect blend. Stunning animation work, Kaiju fanservice and an absolute goldmine of visual gags. Like, this humor is just the right amount of bizarre, relatable and outlandish. While it would take away from the experience, I honestly don’t even think you’d need to be a Godzilla fan to find this at least moderately enjoyable.

Holy smokes I love the characterization in this so much, and how the expressions match what they’re saying but the mouths are synced with the roars so fluidly! I appreciate the Looney Tunes humor as well, and the way Rhedosaurus has a lower frame rate to evoke that stop motion-y feel! The bit with Ultraman and him with his ice cream cone killed me lmao!

This whole series deserve a massive golden Godzilla statue with gems for eyes and crystals for dorsal plates kind of award for such good animation and being pure comedy

The Tsuburaya Island scene is obviously the funniest scene in the entire video

The man calls this a low effort side project but that one monster transitioning into Baragon was clean as fuck.
