Man, been a Godsmack fan since I was a dang kid (I’m sure a good number of people actually CAN say that but not sure how many) and I still am a humongous fan. Wish to meet the band someday but heartbreakingly that bucket list idea may never get to occur. Huge dream right there.

This was kinda funny. Intrigued about what other do-overs there will be.

Just now seeing this. I was at this show It was 1999 I believe. Everclear, Godsmack, Finger 11, Cracker etc. I remember seeing a big dude going straight at Sully (I thought it was an angry fan). If I recall correctly Sully kind of shrugged his shoulders before the man got to him. Sully broke away from the dude was able to get an arm around his neck and popped him in the face . The dude went down and security came in. Sully said to the crowd something like " What's up Are you guys trying to kick my ass." The band like stated did not miss a beat and they went right on with the set. I was pretty impressed!

Sully just demonstrated why it's called Godsmack lol

Watched Sully Erna stop the show in SLC UT in the early 2000’s at Salt Air Arena, and throw a Security Guard out for roughing up a youngster. The kid was maybe 13. Sully asked the Guard, “…how about I give YOU 10 seconds to get the fuck out, or I tell all the people in front of you to rough you up, the same way you’re roughing up that kid!!!….”

I think seeing the video would have definitely been perfect with the story, but this might have been when people did not have camcorders out or if they did did not have them out for this particular moment of the set. Or, Loudwire could not obtain the rights to use said video if it was captured. Who knows, funny story regardless.

Just like you can be all muscle but slow and get beat by someone with no muscle and fast af... A kid could knock out a grown man if hit in the right place. Do you know anything about strategy or technique? Size don't matter that much other than reach and if you don't know how to use your reach or just suck at fighting period, anyone can beat your ass! I'm 5'4 and knocked out a few guys 250 6'3" so what you trying to say? Go for the gut/ribs and the head will come down and the body will follow.
