From what I have read and heard, ancient Greek male on male pairing was a form of mentorship, quite weird by today's standards: an older male took on a relationship with a young male. There was a romantic and sexual element to the relationship but sodomy was generally considered disgusting and abusive. For two grown men to be in a homosexual relationship by today's standards would have been considered aberrative beyond the pale and though such relationships may have existed, they were not conducted publicly. I wouldn't be sure that in the comments you mention, Socrates and Pythagoras were specifically referring to romantic love, in any case - perhaps they were, I don't know.

Fam, I pledged Kappa and went through the whole underground process to even become a NUPE. I was the president of my chapter and big-time involved. So I had no fear of anything and no one scared me into doing anything, besides the Most High God. And Yes, just like you and myself we made the organization our god. As the Scriptures says, "For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:" So, the choice is either serve God in Spirit and in Truth or deceive yourself into thinking that you can serve two gods and have one foot in idolatry and the other foot in the worship of the God of the Bible. Just like a religion all frats and sorors, including your Iota Phi Theta, act as a religious organization. 1. You have your own "Hymn" which if you didn't know a hymn is a 'song or ode in honor of God, and among pagans, in honor of some deity." 2. The Centarus or Centaur really doesn't matter. That is an image on y'all coat of arms which is contrary to true Biblical Worship. And if I were a betting man, I guarantee your org used the Bible in its rituals. This is the whole point of this series, y'all organization and the rest of any fraternity, sororities, masonic lodges, etc. are "anti-Christ" 3. I've never met an Iota in person, even though I went to college in the AUC. But from the little I know about the organization, it was started by men who were social justice leaders and very pro-black. What baffles me about this, though, is that this organization, seeking to set itself apart from the other fraternities, STILL went and used GREEK letters and symbols on which to build its foundation. Just don't understand that!

How do we know that the dove is not the symbol of the dove that Noah saw ?
