@@7LavishRealtors the current rental in nearby salrpuria sattava east crest and brigade golden triangle is around 30k excluding maintenance. And considering this the price of 1280 sft 2bhk in woodscapes is 1.35cr+ 10 lakh interiors which is 2.6% rental return if rent is 32000 rs per month. Is this price worth it for the projevt given low rents and far location?

The current rent is 30k. By the time possession is given the rents would be 40-50k minimum for a 2bhk in this locality.
