Sir, You will get plots in unorganised area as well may be at the less cost of 1/4 of any reputed builder. This is an organised plotting. However I would welcome your valuable input the same will be escalated before management as well. Thanks for sharing your views

It's launched in phases more over we are almost 85 percent sold out. Builder usually open out inventories at premium locations at subsequent stages. Not godrej you check out any real estate developer.

Out 722 plots we are sold out nearly 622 which is nearly 86 Percent. When the project is at such a large scale 48 acre it's takes time for development and also builder launches in phases to ensure right pricing balancing and also it contributes to good ROIs and appreciation as well in the interest of investors​

@@sharma6651 in last 2 years not one house made. It's barren. Now I understand why jindals sold land to Godrej, it's because their own township saw slowness in the market. Same will happen to IB, Godrej, hero homes.
